A specialty food distributor has acquired a 7,000-square-foot flex property in Howell for $2.125 million, in a newly announced deal by Sheldon Gross Realty.
According to a news release, the facility at 5 Industrial Court includes 3,000 square feet of office space and the option of outdoor storage. It’s also roughly halfway between Philadelphia and Manhattan, providing its new owner-occupier with an attractive location as well as quick access to the Jersey Shore’s vast highway network.
Sheldon Gross Realty Executive Vice President Jonathan Glick and Corporate Sales Representative Joshua Glussky represented both parties in the deal, marking the second time in five years that they’ve arranged the sale of the property.
“What makes this property exceptional is how flexible it is, in terms of ways it can be used,” Glick said. “It sits on about three acres, so there’s plenty of room for expansion. There’s a large warehouse plus dedicated office space, making it suitable for a wide range of different businesses. And because it’s in Monmouth County, it provides quick access to pretty much everywhere.”
