An international footwear wholesaler has leased more than 26,000 square feet of industrial space in Carlstadt, in one of two newly announced transactions by Team Resources Inc.
The tenant, Josmo Shoes, will occupy 26,430 square feet at 75 Triangle Blvd. Team Resources’ Shawn Roth, David Cantor and Greg Sholom represented the occupier, touting the building’s three loading docks, one drive-in door and 18-foot ceiling heights.
Bussel Realty Corp. represented ownership.
“Due to their growing customer base, Josmo needed to expand their warehouse while staying in close proximity to their existing 35,000 (plus)-square-foot building in Moonachie,” Roth said. “With 75 Triangle being positioned in the heart of the Meadowlands, this convenient property serves as a strategic location for Josmo as a secondary warehouse to continue servicing the tristate area market efficiently while also staying in close proximity to their West New York headquarters.”
Team Resources also announced the completion of a lease at 213 King St. in Hackensack, where Grisini on the Go is taking 11,600 square feet. The brokerage firm’s Steve Ulin represented ownership, while Chaus Realty represented the tenant, a Manhattan-based natural, organic and healthy food service business.
“Grissini operates a number of coffee shops/food halls in the New York Metropolitan area,” Ulin said. “Their newest opening is scheduled for October at the long-awaited American Dream mall and entertainment complex in East Rutherford, (New Jersey). This facility is primarily intended to supply Grissini’s new location.”
