NAI James E. Hanson has bolstered its sales team with the addition of a new associate in its Hackensack office, the real estate services firm said Thursday.
The new hire, Michael Guerra, will work with NAI Hanson veterans Randy Horning and Darren Lizzack. He will focus on medical and professional office sales and leasing, along with investment sales in the northern New Jersey marketplace.
Prior to joining NAI Hanson, Guerra was a wealth management analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in Paramus, where he supported the management of high net worth individuals’ accounts, according to a news release. Prior to that, he was an on-site analyst with Danitom Development in Paramus who was responsible for overseeing residential development projects.
“Michael’s experience in the financial services and real estate development sectors give him a valuable foundation to begin a successful career in commercial real estate,” Lizzack said. “We were highly impressed by Michael’s attention to detail and passion for his work that we know he will bring to his assignments each day at NAI Hanson.

Guerra holds a bachelor’s of business administration in finance and real estate from Villanova University. He lives in Hackensack.
