A special servicer has sold a roughly 280,000-square-foot office building in Roseland for $16.7 million, according to brokers with CBRE Group Inc. who marketed the property.
Located at 4 Becker Farm Road, the 95 percent leased building is home to CohnReznick and KMPG, although the latter is reportedly set to vacate the property later this year. The property sits within the 280 Corporate Center Business Park, just a half-mile from Exit 5 of Interstate 280 and Livingston Ave.
The team of Jeffrey Dunne and Jeremy Neuer, both of CBRE Institutional Properties, collaborated with Patrick Arangio and Jack Howard of CBRE National Loan & Portfolio Sale Advisors and Nick Savage of CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services in representing the seller. The firm did not identify the buyer by name.
“With the impending vacancy, 4 Becker is an excellent redevelopment opportunity for new ownership,” Dunne said.
