A fragrance manufacturer has leased 25,000 square feet of industrial space in the Somerset section of Franklin, brokers with Bussel Realty Corp. announced Tuesday.
According to a news release, Infinity Fragrances LLC will occupy five units at 72 Veronica Ave. under the deal with Veronica Development Association. That equates to half of the building, one of two 50,000-square-foot facilities within what’s known as Franklin Technical Center.
BRC Executive Vice President Gregory Irving and Vice President Anthony Mircovich represented the landlord. Antonio DeCicco of RE/MAX Instyle Realty represented the tenant, which joins a group of life sciences and technology firms at the complex.
“VDA’s prior tenant was a manufacturer of pharmaceutical products who terminated their business operations, leaving behind a complex 50,000-square-foot office, laboratory, manufacturing and distribution facility, with vast improvements,” said John Sullivan and Michael Ventura, co-owners of VDA. “Through Greg and Tony’s tireless efforts and guidance, VDA now has completely leased up the property and brought it to 100 percent occupancy.”
