A tabletop gaming venue has joined the roster at a grocery-anchored retail center in Mahwah, in a newly announced transaction by Midtown Commercial Realty.
In a news release, the brokerage firm said Mythicos Tabletop Gaming Hall will occupy 2,500 square feet along Franklin Turnpike. Midtown Commercial Managing Director Etan Tammam represented the owner of the Acme-anchored property, noting that the tenant was “originally looking at smaller spaces but decided to move into a larger one so that they could add more table gaming tables.”
The firm added that tabletop gaming is popular among mythical, fantasy enthusiasts and collectors. For its part, Mythicos provides an experience that includes classes, video production and other offerings.
