A home fashions distributor has acquired a 60,000-square-foot industrial building in the Somerset section of Franklin, in a newly completed transaction by GM Realty Advisors Inc.
The buyer, Kashi Global LLC, paid an undisclosed sum for the property at 305 Churchill Ave. GM Realty President George P. Molloy brokered the deal on behalf of both parties, noting that the complex is the former headquarters for GMI Distribution.
Keith Gordon, managing partner of Meridian Associates LLC, led negotiations on behalf of the seller, while Eric and Jeff Kashi did so on behalf of the buyer. Peter Wagner of Lupo Law and Oren Goldhaber of Neil F. Kupferman served as legal counsel to the seller and buyer, respectively.
The property, which sits near the intersection of Veronica Avenue, is just over a mile west of Route 27.
