A grocery distributor has taken more than 16,000 square feet of industrial space in North Bergen, under a deal arranged by KenKap Realty Corp.
According to the brokerage firm, Malba Trading LLC will occupy the space at 2075 91st St. under a lease with Hartz Mountain Industries Inc. Kenneth Kaplan of KenKap Realty represented the tenant in the 16,045-square-foot deal.
Located west of Route 9, the location is a short drive from Interstate 495, the New Jersey Turnpike and the Lincoln Tunnel.
