AAMCO has leased 4,500 square feet for a new highway location in South Brunswick, in a newly announced deal by The Goldstein Group.
According to a news release, the vehicle service business will occupy a freestanding building at 3974 Route 1 that previously housed Krazy House Automotive. It’s leasing the space, located in the township’s Monmouth Junction section, from RJB Enterprises LLC.
“The former Krazy House automotive facility is a perfect opportunity for AAMCO to move into,” said Neil Goldstein, a principal of The Goldstein Group. “The AAMCO franchisee has other locations and was seeking a facility that was a former automotive and repair building.”
Goldstein and Mark Handwerker, an executive vice president with the firm, represented the landlord. Sydney Fiorentino of Signature Realty represented the tenant.
