The Goldstein Group has announced a new promotion within its brokerage ranks.
The Paramus-based firm on Tuesday said it promoted Scott Milich to vice president, touting his more than 25 years of experience as an owner, developer and restaurant operator. He is licensed in New York and New Jersey.
“Scott has been with the company since 2012 and his promotion is well-earned,” said Chuck Lanyard, president of The Goldstein Group. “Scott’s experience and vast knowledge of the Rockland/Orange County NY markets have garnered many assignments for him and the company as he has represented major local, regional and national landlords, retailers and restaurants. Scott has been the ‘go to’ person for retail in the region.”
Milich has worked with landlords such as Acadia Realty, Urstadt Biddle, Brixmor, Newton Associates and Toll Brothers, among several others. The longtime International Council of Shopping Centers member has also worked with tenants including Taco Bell, Wendy’s, Mavis Tire and Dunkin Donuts.
