Four new tenants have joined the roster at a 32,000-square-foot shopping center in Bergen County, following a series of leases brokered by The Goldstein Group.
In a news release, the retail brokerage said it represented the owner of the center at 332 Ramapo Valley Road in Oakland. Chuck Lanyard, the firm’s president, said the new tenants include:
- Sherwin Williams (4,652 square feet)
- Atlantic Health (6,487 square feet)
- Butler (8,000 square feet)
- Oakland Nails (1,550 square feet)
Goldstein Group Executive Vice President Lew Finkelstein and CJ Huter, vice president, represented the longtime client in the transactions. The brokers touted the shopping center’s visibility and access to Interstate 287 and routes 208 and 202.
