The country’s largest collision repair company has taken nearly 12,000 square feet of highway retail space in Union Township, brokers with The Goldstein Group announced.
In a news release, the leasing team said Caliber Collision will occupy the freestanding building at 2260 Route 22 under a transaction with N Siperstein Rt 22 E Union Realty Corp. The new 11,815-square-foot store will be among more than 1,100 locations nationwide for the chain.
“The former Electronics Expo space was an ideal building for Caliber,” The Goldstein Group President Chuck Lanyard said. “This freestanding building located on the vibrant Route 22 Union market provided them with excellent visibility and a tremendous amount of traffic.”
The Goldstein Group Principal Neil Goldstein and Vice President John Ostrowski represented the landlord, while Sean Pyle and Justin Korinis of Sabre represented the tenant.
