Three new tenants are coming to a Manalapan strip center after leasing a combined 9,100 square feet at the property, according to brokers with The Goldstein Group.
The deals at Gordon’s Corner Center, located at 285 Gordon’s Corner Road, include a 4,000-square-foot commitment by LuBella Boutique. The lease will allow the clothing boutique to open its first New Jersey store, building on multiple locations in New York City.
The Goldstein Group Executive Vice President Mark Handwerker represented Gordon’s Corner Realty LLC, the owner of the 45,000-square-foot property. He also did so in a 3,200-square-foot lease with Atlantic Physical Therapy and a 1,900-square-foot deal with Archingle’s Kitchen, which is opening a Bakery & Balloons location.
Steve Richel of Richel Commercial Brokerage LLC and Michael Sclafani of RE/MAX Central represented Atlantic Physical Therapy and Archingle’s Kitchen, respectively. They will come to the property alongside anchor tenant Amboy Bank and several others, including Dunkin’.
“Gordon’s Corner is a local service-oriented strip shopping center that serves the Manalapan community,” said Chuck Lanyard, president of The Goldstein Group. “The owner recently built a new addition to the center to add to the neighborhood’s demand for additional tenants.”
