Six companies have signed new leases for office space at Bell Works, while another five tenants have renewed or expanded at the sprawling campus in Holmdel.
According to Inspired by Somerset Development, the owner of the 2 million-square-foot property on Crawfords Corner Road, the transactions include an 18,863-square-foot commitment by financial services firm HBK. Also taking space is CDW, the multi-brand provider of IT solutions to business, government, education and health care customers, which will occupy 11,544 square feet.
Other deals include an additional sublease by Bell Mettel, which provides voice, data, network, cloud and mobility IT solutions for businesses and government agencies, for a total of 13,239 square feet.

Zucker and a leasing team with The Garibaldi Group also announced that:
- Green State Energy, a family-owned energy consulting group that collaborates with both small and large solar installers in more than 25 states, leased 4,310 square feet.
- Robertson Stephens Renewal, a wealth management firm, renewed its lease of 1,374 square feet.
- 3D Contracting, a full-service construction management and design-build firm, leased 1,636 square feet.
- Optherium Labs, a blockchain technology company, leased 1,443 square feet.
- Mayya’s Therapy, a professional psychotherapy practice for children, adolescents and adults run by counselor Mayya Fleyshmakher, renewed its lease of 1,341 square feet.
- BroadFront Capital Management, a financial planning and investment management firm, expanded its lease to 1,998 square feet.
- Adecco, a human resources provider and staffing firm, renewed its lease of 1,997 square feet.
- Homesite, a property and casualty insurance company for individuals, families and businesses, leased 4,338 square feet.
The Garibaldi Group President Jeff Garibaldi, Vice President Tara Keating and Broker Support Analyst Lindsey Florio represented Bell Works in each transaction.
