An educational child care center has leased 8,500 square feet in a Hamilton retail complex, according to brokers with The Goldstein Group.
The retail real estate services firm announced it placed Kiddie Academy in the space at Buckley Plaza on Route 130. The Goldstein Group Executive Vice President Lew Finkelstein represented the landlord, Manhattan Towers LLC, in the transaction.
Kiddie Academy’s new space gives it a location with abundant parking and convenient access to Interstate 195, The Goldstein Group said. Neighboring tenants include Walmart, ShopRite, BJ’s Wholesale Club, Home Depot, Kohl’s and McDonald’s.
The Paramus-based brokerage is now handling the sale of the shopping center.
