A developer has acquired an 11,550-square foot building in Clifton occupied by Dollar General, in a $1.75 million deal brokered by Marcus & Millichap.
The brokerage firm said the property, located at 449 Lakeview Ave., is net leased to the dollar store chain. The building sits near the Garden State Parkway and serves a population of more than 332,000 within a three-mile radius.
Marcus & Millichap investment specialists Ben Sgambati, Alan Cafiero and John Moroz marketed the property on behalf of the private seller, while Sgambati and Cafiero joined David Cafiero in representing the buyer.
