A new Sherwin Williams location has opened in Somerset County, following a newly announced transaction by The Goldstein Group.
Chuck Lanyard, president of the retail brokerage firm, said Monday that the company represented the paint retailer in the new location at 80 Morristown Road in Bernardsville. The space is part of the Bernardsville Centre complex, which is anchored by a Kings Supermarket and Gary’s Wine & Marketplace and is undergoing a $6 million expansion project.
The Goldstein Group Principal Neil Goldstein completed the transaction on behalf of the Paramus-based firm, while Brian Silbert of Silbert Realty represented the owner, Bernardsville Centre LLC.
