Paris Baguette has opened a new location in the region after taking nearly 5,000 square feet at a Paramus shopping center, brokers with The Goldstein Group announced this week.
The leasing team, which represented ownership at 59-67 East Ridgewood Ave., said the fast-growing bakery café chain occupies an end cap unit at what’s known as Ridgewood Avenue Shopping Center. The 4,700-square-foot deal has backfilled a space that previously housed Harold’s Kosher Market.
The Goldstein Group Executive Vice President Lew Finkelstein, Vice President CJ Huter and Sales Associate Roy Paret represented the landlord, Ridgewood Ave Shopping Center LLC, while Patti AmecAngelo of CBRE represented the tenant.
“Paris Baguette will be a wonderful addition to the shopping center,” said Chuck Lanyard, president of The Goldstein Group. “With the new Valley Hospital located nearby, the location will afford opportunities for the hospital employees and visitors along with the entire Paramus community a new restaurant option.”
The shopping center’s tenants also include 7 Eleven, AFC Urgent Care, John’s Fried Chicken, Osteo Strong, Maniatis Pizza and several others. For Paris Baguette, it’s among the latest in more than 4,000 stores worldwide and nearly 100 that have opened in the U.S. since 2005.
