Endurance Real Estate Group LLC has completed two leases that have helped fill nearly 300,000 square feet of newly delivered warehouse space in Burlington Township.
The firm, which worked alongside brokers with JLL, said the deals at the Rancocas 5 Industrial Park include MD 3PL’s 71,056-square-foot commitment at 2605 Rancocas Road. At an adjacent building, at 2609 Rancocas Road, the team leased 217,986 square feet to United Fulfillment.
JLL’s Nate Demetsky, Dean Torosian and Matt Kemery represented ownership, while Casey Mungo of Daum Commercial and Allen Ding from Visionaire Real Estate represented the respective tenants.
“These two full-building lease transactions coincided with the completion of this project on behalf of Cabot Properties,” said Albert J. Corr, senior vice president and principal of Endurance. “Achieving 100 percent occupancy is a testament to tenant demand for functional, Class A infill product within the heart of the Burlington County market.”
Endurance, which is based in Radnor, Pennsylvania, detailed the leases on Tuesday while touting the completion of the two-building, 289,042-square-foot complex. It noted that the facilities at the Rancocas 5 Industrial Park have clear heights of 36 and 32 feet, respectively, along with modern features and a combined 55 fully equipped door positions.
Tenants, meantime, have direct access to Interstate 295 via Exit 47 and are minutes from the New Jersey Turnpike’s Interchange 5, providing direct routes to the greater Philadelphia and New York metropolitan areas.
