Phenix Salon Suites has added to its footprint in New Jersey after leasing more than 8,000 square feet at a new mixed-use development in Belleville.
According to The Goldstein Group, which represented ownership in the deal, the franchise will occupy a ground-floor retail space at what’s known as Silver Lake at 155 Belmont Ave. It joins Super Fresh Food World and MetroDoc Urgent Care at the 232-unit apartment building, which is less than two miles from both Route 21 and the Garden State Parkway.
The Goldstein Group’s Chris Conway and Neil Goldstein represented Silver Lake Urban Renewal LLC in the 8,040-square-foot deal. David Townes and Alana Friedman of JLL represented the tenant.
In a news release, the agency team noted that Phenix Salon Suites was named to Entrepreneur’s Top 500 Franchise List, providing an opportunity to independent lifestyle professionals by inviting them to operate their business in spa-like settings. The company has more than 300 locations and is growing internationally.
