A salon studio chain has expanded to Hoboken with a newly completed lease for more than 4,200 square feet, brokers with The Goldstein Group announced Monday.
The operator, Strand Salon Studios, will occupy space at the mixed-use Hudson Tea property at the corner of Hudson and 15th streets. The Goldstein Group Vice President Marc Palestina represented the tenant in the 4,217-square-foot deal, while Daniel Bodner of Alvarea and Marsal Property Solutions represented the landlord, AP 1425 Hudson Street LLC.
The team noted that the 236-unit condominium property is part of a neighborhood that includes more than 6,000 residential units.
“Strand Salon Studios continues to open additional locations throughout the metropolitan area,” Palestina said. “Hoboken is a dynamic market that has a tremendous amount of people and will be growing due to the new additional residential developments in the pipeline.”
