Mavis Discount Tire has inked a long-term lease along Route 9 in Monmouth County, The Goldstein Group announced Monday after representing the landlord in the deal.
The Paramus-based brokerage arranged the lease on behalf of Devinny Associates, the owner of 4651 U.S. Highway 9 in Howell. Vice President Mark Handwerker handled the transaction for The Goldstein Group, while Barry Millberg of Treeline Realty represented the tenant.
Mavis Discount Tire, one of the largest independent multi-brand tire dealers in the U.S., will use the location for auto servicing and tire sales. The property is a former car wash facility.
“Mavis Tire has been expanding rapidly in recent years including acquiring the STS Car Care company,” said Chuck Lanyard, president of The Goldstein Group. “The Howell location afforded them an opportunity to expand their presence in the market.”
