The Goldstein Group has promoted broker Marc Palestina to vice president, the Paramus-based retail real estate services firm announced Monday.

In a news release, the company said Palestina joined its team in 2016 and has focused on both tenant and landlord representation in the retail sector. He has been an integral part in growing the brands of national and regional retailers throughout northern and central New Jersey, the firm said, including Barnes & Noble, Choice Hotels, McDonald’s, Just Salad, Playa Bowls, Strand Salon Studios and Mattress Plus.
Additionally, he has completed deals with operators such as Harbor Freight, Orange Theory Fitness, Dunkin Donuts, the news release said. On the landlord side, he has represented and worked with NT Hegeman, Carlson Family, Kaufman Organization, Mandelbaum Group, Phillips Edison and Bersid Properties.
“Marc has been integral in advancing The Goldstein Group’s presence as a prime retail real estate brokerage firm in the market,” said Chuck Lanyard, the firm’s president. “He has done a tremendous job of cultivating many relationships and we look forward to Marc’s continued growth and success.”
