A private buyer has paid $11 million for the site of a net-leased QuickChek store in Woodbridge, brokers with Marcus & Millichap announced Monday.
The team said the property, located at 989 Route 1, is home to a 4,543-square-foot store within a strong retail corridor with nearby tenants such as The Home Depot, Walgreens and Burger King, among others. Justin Natalizio and Eric Anton, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Manhattan office, represented an LLC in the trade, while also procuring the buyer.
John Horowitz, a New Jersey-based broker with the firm, assisted in closing the transaction.
“We were able to secure a very high sale price and consummate this transaction during a time of high interest rates and uncertainty during a banking crisis,” Natalizio said.
Other nearby retailers include the UPS Store, McDonald’s, Chase, Denny’s, 7-Eleven, Dunkin’, Dollar Tree and Advance Auto Parts.
