Two experienced real estate attorneys are among several recent hires at Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP.

The Woodbridge-based firm announced last week that it has hired Kellianne Greenwood as counsel in the corporate and real estate departments. In her real estate practice, she represents parties in all aspects of selling and acquiring commercial or industrial properties.
That work includes assisting in the negotiation of the offer, purchase agreement, mortgage commitment and loan documents, drafting the operating and lease agreements, guiding clients through due diligence, and resolving title, zoning, survey and insurance issues, Greenbaum Rowe said. Her transactional experience includes both routine and complex commercial, corporate and real estate matters for a wide range of business entities.
Greenwood also serves on the board of directors of Raritan Valley Habitat for Humanity Inc.

Also joining the firm’s real estate department is Maureen E. Montague, who comes with the title of counsel. Her transactional experience encompasses the purchase, sale, financing and leasing of office, industrial, retail and residential properties.
As part of that experience, she has handled complex, multistate transactions involving construction and mezzanine financing, leasehold and securitized financing and mortgage assumptions on behalf of private and publicly held companies. She has also represented landlords and tenants in connection with the leasing of commercial properties, with additional emphasis on commercial and residential mortgage foreclosure and tax foreclosure.
Montague is a member of New Jersey Future.
