GTL Construction has announced the completion of an 8,400-square-foot lobby renovation in downtown New Brunswick.
The firm, which worked on behalf of CBRE, said the Kilmer Square project at 100 Albany St. included:
- Finish improvements and renovations for existing two-story lobby, atrium and common corridors in the existing, occupied commercial building
- Replacement of all existing wall, floor and ceiling finishes in lobby, atrium and common corridor spaces
- Installation of new wood slat ceiling and integrated light fixtures
- Installation of new faux green wall system by Garden on the Wall at the main entrance wall façade.
GTL said its team scheduled and coordinated construction activities with tenants in the occupied office building, primarily during daytime hours, to expedite construction while minimizing impact to the building’s daytime operations.
