A private investor has acquired a nearly 40,000-square-foot industrial property in Hackensack, brokers with Marcus & Millichap announced Tuesday.
The brokerage firm represented an unnamed LLC in the sale of 75 State St., a 37,465-square-foot building occupied by Zaentz Hardware. The buyer purchased the property, which is subdivided into a storefront, warehouse and office space, for $4.6 million.
Marcus & Millichap Investment Specialist Elsa Papanicolaou represented the seller, while Investment Specialist Steve Lim represented the buyer.
