A private investor has sold a 7,200-square-foot industrial building in Hackensack for just over $1 million, brokers with Marcus & Millichap said Friday.
In a news release, the firm said it represented both parties in the sale of 174 Lodi St., which sits just a few minutes off Interstate 80. The buyer, also a private investor, paid $1.06 million.
Marcus & Millichap Investment Specialist Steve Lim handled the assignment out of the firm’s Saddle Brook office.
