A hair loss solutions provider has renewed and expanded its footprint off Route 73 in Marlton, under a 5,250-square-foot lease brokered by Wolf Commercial Real Estate.
The real estate firm said it represented Hair Club in the commitment at Two Greentree Center, one of its nearly 120 locations in North America. The midrise building, which offers access to Interstate 295 and Route 70, is owned and operated by Tequesta Properties.
Jason Wolf, managing principal of WCRE, handled the assignment for his Marlton-based firm.
Hair Club has operated since 1976, having helped more than 600,000 men and women restore their hair in a discreet, professional environment.
