A two-building, 120,000-square-foot flex portfolio in Hamilton has changed hands for $19.5 million, under a transaction arranged by Colliers International.
The brokerage team announced that an undisclosed buyer acquired the properties, 5 and 8 Commerce Way, after representing both parties in the deal. Located on more than 12 acres along Interstate 195, the portfolio is 95 percent occupied by a mix of tenants including the state of New Jersey, GSA Mid-Atlantic Region, Lumber Liquidators and Interior Specialists.
The Colliers team included Executive Managing Director Jacklene Chesler, Managing Director Matthew Brown and Senior Financial Analyst Frank Summers. They noted that the buildings have a strong in-place cash flow and are located in a strong distribution and logistics submarket.
Some of the space features 28-foot clear ceiling heights, loading docks and drive-in options, Colliers said. The buildings offer easy access to Interstate 295, the New Jersey Turnpike and routes 33 and 130.
