A storage, logistics and fabrication shop serving the entertainment industry has renewed its 21,000-square-foot lease in Harrison, in a deal arranged by Team Resources Inc.
The brokerage firm on Wednesday announced that BNG Industries LLC had recommitted to its space at 1 Cape May St. This second-floor warehouse is part of a 630,000-square-foot building near Interstate 280, featuring one loading dock, one drive-in door, a freight elevator and renovated office space.
Team Resources Senior Vice President Lissa Roy brokered the transaction.
“This location continues to provide BNG with the kind of space it needs to service their customers and presents them with easy access to the theater district and ports,” said Roy, who represented BNG in its original lease five years ago.
