A medical instruments company has leased more than 70,000 square feet of production space in Bloomfield, under a newly completed transaction by Team Resources Inc.
The brokerage firm, which is based in Rutherford, announced Monday that it represented Case Medical in the commitment at 50 West St. The manufacturer is leasing 71,500 square feet from Hartz Mountain Industries.
“Case relocated their primary production facility to Bloomfield to enable their continued growth in a top notch building at a fair market price,” Team Resources CEO David Cantor said. “This new location provides the additional square footage needed for their expanding customer and service base.”
Cantor brokered the transaction alongside Greg Sholom, the firm’s president. He noted that the space features 11 loading docks and 24-foot ceiling heights.
