The owner of two Hillsborough business parks has inked 10 leases for combined 43,859 square feet, in a series of transactions by Sheldon Gross Realty.
The brokerage firm represented Summit Associates in the transactions, which include nine deals at the Valley Park Business Center at 216 Route 206. The 10th deal took place at the Hillsborough Business Campus at One Harvard Way.
Sheldon Gross Realty Executive Vice President Jonathan Glick managed the transactions, noting that the tenants include Deck Guardian, JM Carpet Express, Wildfire Technology Integration, Mueller Plumbing, Daisy Leo, Arcadis US Inc. and Riber USA.
“These Hillsborough locations are exceptional, both because of the wonderful community surrounding them and the exceptional access provided by local roadways,” Glick said. “Businesses are really excited to come here, which is why I’ve been involved during the past 15 years in 60 of Summit Associates’ lease transactions, totaling 240,000 square feet.”
