A company that develops plant-based ingredients and supplements has taken 3,000 square feet of industrial space in South Plainfield, brokers with Bussel Realty Corp. said Monday.
According to a news release, HNS Nutra LLC will occupy two suites at 100 Ryan St. under the transaction with landlord Ryan 100 Holdings. The lease brings the two-building, 54,000-square-foot complex to 95 percent occupied, reflecting the site’s proximity to Interstate 287, the New Jersey Turnpike and other highways and the appeal of features such as 24-foot ceiling heights, drive-in loading and surface parking.
BRC Industrial Specialist Steve Jaynes and Sales Associate N. Rebecca Abraham represented the tenant, which makes and supplies so-called nutraceutical ingredients and private-label supplements to both business and consumer markets. Steve Bussel, president of the Edison-based brokerage firm, represented the landlord.
