A business that provides highway signage and safety equipment has sold a 32,000-square-foot industrial building in Vineland, according to Wolf Commercial Real Estate.
The company, Garden State Highway Products Inc., completed its sale of 1740 East Oak Road after recently moving to a larger facility. The city of Vineland purchased the building, WCRE said, noting that it will use the facility to house its Municipal Utilities Division.
WCRE Vice President Ryan Barikian represented both parties. He added that 1740 East Oak Road has about 7,000 square feet of office and executive suites and 25,000 square feet of warehouse space that will serve as a storage, workshop and office area for the division’s electric utilities generation unit.
The building had been the headquarters of Garden State Highway Products., which recently moved its operation to a 140,000-square-foot facility in Millville to accommodate its growing business.
