Nine tenants have inked a combined 30,000 square feet at a Somerset County commercial park, according to brokerage firm Sheldon Gross Realty.
In a news release, the firm said it represented ownership in the separate transactions at Hillsborough’s Valley Park Corporate Park, which include seven renewals. The multi-building complex sits on Route 206 just north of Valley Road, with a mix of office, research, lab, industrial and warehouse spaces.
Sheldon Gross Executive Vice President Jonathan Glick brokered the transactions. The renewals are as follows:
- Hot Runner Technology Inc. (4,340 square feet)
- Classic Hardware (3,281 square feet)
- Indipets Inc. (4,092 square feet)
- Elitec Inc. (925 square feet)
- The Athlete’s Choice (2,242 square feet)
- Affiliated Electronics (2,282 square feet)
- JPC&L (2,776 square feet)
The transactions also include a 3,281-square-foot lease by Parisi Barbell and a 6,745-square-foot lease by DMI.
“Valley Park Corporate Park is an ideal, central location for its tenants,” Glick said in a prepared statement. “What’s also terrific is that the spaces are unique — so companies seeking a location can identify the exact space for their particular requirements.”
