Hollister Construction Services has completed its work on a new 25,000-square-foot headquarters space for a financial technology firm in Parsippany, the company said.
Working on behalf of the building owner, Silverman Realty Group Inc., Hollister said it delivered an office space at 2 Gatehall Drive that would support Dovetail’s technology needs and continued growth. The project called for demolishing and rebuilding vacant and outdated space on the second floor, which became the tenant’s new headquarters for North America.
The rebuilt office houses Dovetail’s executive leadership team and other employees, Hollister said in a news release. The space includes training, collaboration and conference rooms, private and general offices, a data center and reception area for the firm, which provides market-ready payments and liquidity management solutions.
“We are all delighted with our new facility,” said Bob Peters, Dovetail’s director of infrastructure and security. “It gives us everything we need both now and for the foreseeable future. Hollister has been a great choice — they integrated well with Dovetail, its vendors and the property owners to ensure our needs were met, the project stayed on schedule and that we were able to move in on time.”
Hollister also noted that the space is built entirely on a raised access floor system, allowing Dovetail to make quick and easy reconfigurations.
“Hollister did a terrific job managing the Dovetail buildout through all stages of the construction,” said Maggie Stern, director of construction and property management for Silverman Realty Group. “We were particularly pleased with their attention to detail, their follow through and their ability to meet a very tight schedule.”
Hollister, based in Parsippany specializes in corporate, health care, educational and a host of sectors. The Hollister project team includes Tony Bienert, project executive; Michael Morris Sr., project manager; Peter Pietrucha, superintendent; Frank Caputo, senior estimator, and Gina Costa, project coordinator, the news release said.
Studio 1200 designed the space, while Roxbury Engineering provided engineering services.
“Silverman Realty Group and Dovetail are extremely happy with Hollister’s management and delivery of the project,” Morris said. “We leveraged our established relationship with the local subcontractors and vendors, allowing us to deliver the new office ahead of the original schedule date.”
