Hollister Construction Services has acquired a Marlton-based builder and general contractor, expanding its reach into southern New Jersey and Philadelphia.

The company, Hessert, is now set to merge operations with Hollister and will maintain its existing office under the Hollister brand. Company founder Bill Hessert, who launched his firm in 1954, will remain in the Marlton office as a senior executive supporting Hollister’s new office operations as a client relationship manager and mentor.
The move will allow Hollister to better support existing relationships and partnerships in and around South Jersey and Philadelphia, according to a news release. It will also allow the Parsippany-based firm to further expand its offerings and capabilities to new clients.
“We are very excited to welcome the Hessert team to Hollister,” Hollister President Brendan Murray said. “The team and the way they run their business aligns with our core values and culture. Their transition to Hollister will be smooth and seamless.
“The ability to learn from an industry veteran like Bill Hessert is truly exciting. His years of experience will be a tremendous asset to our entire team.”
