A home improvement and design store has leased 3,400 square feet of retail space in Burlington County, in a deal arranged by Vantage Commercial.
The business, Burlington Design Center, will occupy an end cap space at Chestnut Hill Plaza at 2806 Route 130 in Cinnaminson, according to the brokerage firm. The site will mark the operator’s third location, thanks to its high sales volume and a growing demand for home improvement.
Vantage Commercial Director of Client Services Monica Walsh brokered the lease, noting that the Burlington Design Center offers products from Benjamin Moore, Festool and Hunter Douglas. At its newest location, it joins tenants such as Primos Hoagies, Gaetano’s Steaks and others.
“We are confident that Michael Keane and Burlington Design Centers will be very successful in Cinnaminson Township on the Route 130 corridor,” Walsh said. “They are answering to a continued demand for quality products that directly impact peoples living spaces in a positive manner. We are happy that we were able to secure the right retail space to help them accomplish their goals so that they can, in turn, help their clients fulfill their desires.”
