Hornrock Properties has opened the doors to a 62-unit luxury apartment building in Bergenfield, touting the ongoing growth and revitalization of the Bergen County borough.
The developer announced Tuesday that it has launched leasing at 15 West Johnson Ave., the site of what it calls Bella at Bergenfield. Following a groundbreaking early last year, the property is now offering a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments and lofts with a series of upscale amenities.
“We’re very excited about the Bergenfield market, where we’ve seen a lot of growth and revitalization in Bergenfield continuing to occur,” said David Hornblass, a partner with Lyndhurst-based Hornrock. “Our goal is to bring premium apartment residences to the area — something that will be a perfect fit for this growing community.”
In a news release, Hornock noted that apartments at Bella feature high-end appliances and finishes. Amenities at the building include an outdoor roof deck with dining space and sun chaise lounges, an indoor lounge, a modern fitness studio with a Peloton bike, assigned covered and surface parking and WiFi in all community spaces.
The developer added that the building is steps from a bus stop along Washington Avenue, which offers express service to Manhattan.
“Bella at Bergenfield has been designed for residents seeking luxury living in New Jersey’s newest, most accessible neighborhood,” said Maurice Hornblass, also a principal of the firm. “The fresh and contemporary design and conveniences that our complex offers are unlike anything else in Bergenfield.”
Alexander-Anderson Real Estate Group is overseeing Bella’s leasing program, which includes both live and virtual tours.
