An industrial building in North Bergen has changed hands for more than $2 million, brokerage firm William F. Connors Agency announced Monday.
William F. Connors III, executive vice president and brokerage associate with the firm, said F9 Properties acquired the 15,000-square-foot property at 8300 Tonnelle Ave.
Connors was the lone broker in the $2.35 million transaction.
