Hudson County rental property sells for $1.2 million

A private investor has reaped more than $1.2 million from the sale of a 6,250-square foot multifamily property in Hudson County, according to brokers with Marcus & Millichap.

The brokerage announced the sale Monday after marketing the property at 112 66^th St. in West New York. The property, which has a brick exterior and recently saw renovations to six units, sold for $1.215 million.

Andrew M. Zuckerman and Daniel Aviles, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s New Jersey office, represented both the buyer and the seller.
