AvalonBay Communities Inc. recently took home 20 prestigious awards, including the coveted title of Property Management Company of the Year, at the New Jersey Apartment Association’s 24th annual Garden State Awards.
AvalonBay received the honor on Nov. 1 at the Monte Carlo-themed awards gala held at Ocean Place Resort and Spa in Long Branch.
“The caliber of this year’s winners is a true reflection of the level of professionalism our members bring to New Jersey’s apartment industry,” said David Brogan, the NJAA’s executive director. “This award is direct recognition of AvalonBay’s commitment to resident satisfaction and professionalism.”
The NJAA, which represents the multifamily housing industry, hands out the Garden State Awards to a membership that owns and manages more than 200,000 apartments in the state.
“Each and every associate embodies the AvalonBay purpose of creating a better way to live and strives for continuous improvement, resulting in an exceptional living experience for our residents, and working experience for our associates,” said Ron Ladell, senior vice president of AvalonBay. “We couldn’t be prouder to receive the accolades that reflect our associates’ high standards.”
