Seeking to broaden its tenant mix, a real estate firm has unveiled a new name for a 68,860-square-foot shopping center outside Princeton.
Punia Co. LLC announced recently that the complex, located at 4437 Route 27 in the Kingston section of Franklin Township, is now called Princeton Marketplace. The former Kingston Mall Shopping Center is home to 12 retailers, including co-anchors Retro Fitness and the Pennsylvania Dutch Farmers Market.
“We believe the rebranding of the center will attract a greater diversity of patrons for our tenants from surrounding areas,” said Ryan Tiger, Punia Co.’s leasing manager. “When we presented the concept to our tenants, they were eager for us to make it official.”
The Livingston-based private real estate firm, which serves as leasing agent for the complex, is now marketing spaces of 2,000 and 5,000 square feet.
“The availabilities are suitable for medical, fitness-oriented, experiential retail, food service and your classic retail establishments,” Tiger said. “Our goal is to maintain a tenant mix that benefits the entire tenant roster and provides additional stability to an already successful retail center.”
Other businesses that occupy the newly named Princeton Marketplace include Bonkerz Family Fun Center, The Kingston Animal Hospital and Mountain East Sushi.
