A three-story industrial building off Interstate 78 in Newark has changed hands, following a sale brokered by the William F. Connors Agency.
The firm announced recently that Nines Enterprises LLC had acquired the 65,000-square-foot property, located at 380 Jelliff Ave., from JL International Realty Inc. In touting the sale, Connors highlighted the building’s six tailgates, heavy power and proximity to Port Newark-Elizabeth.
William F. Connors III, the firm’s executive vice president and broker associate, completed the transaction. Nines Enterprises will use the facility as a warehouse.
