The Industrial and Office Real Estate Brokers Association of the New York Metropolitan Area has installed its newest slate of board officers.
In a news release, the association said its leadership for the year ahead includes John Johnson of Wellington Real Estate, who was installed as president for a second term. Other board officers include Ed Horne of HK Commercial Realty Advisors as vice president, Jeffrey Greif of First American Title Insurance Co. as secretary and Ryan Tiger of Punia Co. as treasurer.
“I am pleased to be able to continue serving as president of one of the best commercial real estate organizations in the metropolitan area,” Johnson said. “We have many plans for the upcoming year, expanding on the virtual offering of useful educational programs we offer membership. We have a great team of officers that are dedicated to creating opportunities for our members.”
IOREBA welcomed the officers and fellow members on Aug. 10 at its annual golf outing at the Morris County Golf Club in Morristown. In addition to golf, guests took part in a networking and dinner reception followed by prizes, a 50/50 drawing and raffle giveaway.
“Our annual golf outing is an all-day event where our members meet to enjoy a relaxing day of golf and networking,” Johnson said. “This year we were especially happy to join together.”
