Marcus & Millichap has negotiated the $6.6 million sale of a 6,150-square-foot mixed-use property at 340 Grove St. in Jersey City.
Alan Cafiero, David Cafiero, Joe Koicim and John Moroz, investment specialists in the firm’s New Jersey office, represented the seller at the site, which is home to a CityMD location and three apartments. Alan and David Cafiero, Moroz and Matt Leszyk represented the buyer.
“The combination of a premium location, just one block from the Grove Street train station and long-term lease with an essential credit tenant drove significant interest to this property, where multiple offers were generated,” Alan Cafiero said.
