Just weeks after debuting a new condominium building in Jersey City, a developer has unveiled the amenities and common spaces at the luxury complex.
Manhattan Building Co. last week revealed the wellness, recreational and social offerings at The Cliffs Collection, a five-story building at the Hoboken border. Located at 100 Paterson Plank Road, the project is a converted boiler factory dating back to the early 1900s, where the developer recently released 60 loft-style residential units for sale.
The modernization has resulted in new amenities such as a SANCRI Wellness Center, fitness center with Himalayan salt sauna, a residents’ lounge and library with fireplace and a children’s playroom, according to a news release. Outside, the property features a roof deck and lounge with a kitchen and grilling area and fire pits.
Manhattan Building Co. said it designed The Cliffs Collection with an eye toward so-called Blue Zone Living, an international concept emphasizing a balance of diet, good habits and social engagement to initiate healthier, happier and longer lives. That strategy has inspired many of the amenities and common spaces at the building.

“Just like our homes which differentiate themselves in Hudson County by featuring soaring ceilings, incredibly gracious living spaces and designer features and finishes, our amenity package is incredibly unique when compared to what’s typically offered in this market,” Sanford Weiss, CEO of Manhattan Building Co., said in a prepared statement.
“We took tremendous strides to create a platform where residents can develop healthy habits and make it convenient for the to lead healthy lives, all the while providing five star amenities that includes a dramatic and exceptional outdoor space influenced by our location against the tranquil Basalt Cliffs and indoor facilities that provide the ultimate in leisure and recreation.”
Floor plans at the property range from studios to four-bedroom layouts spanning 570 to 2,200 square feet, the firm said, with introductory prices starting from the $500,000s.
“Buyers can also purchase a home ‘as is,’ allowing for them to privately complete renovations and improvements,” said Joshua Biegel, project director for The Cliffs Collection.
