One of Jersey City’s newest luxury residential buildings is nearing completion, with the launch of leasing only weeks away and occupancy slated for soon thereafter.
The project, DVORA 175, will be a collection of 148 luxury apartments at 175 Second St. Plans call for the 14-story building to begin leasing in September, offering a mix of floorplans ranging from one- to three bedrooms, including some with dens.
Meantime, initial occupancy is slated for October, according to a news release. Designed by Fogarty Finger Architects, DVORA 175 abuts Marin Boulevard and is in the heart of downtown Jersey City, offering easy access to retail, galleries, restaurants and public transportation to Manhattan.
Amenities will include a street-level café lounge open to the public, an upper deck mezzanine level that can serve as a co-working space and a high-end wellness and fitness center, the news release said. The property’s marketing team describes its rooftop as “a Miami-inspired resort experienc
DVORA 175 will also feature technology such as a custom-built app that allows residents to unlock their keyless-entry doors, reserve times in the building’s amenity spaces or book a hotel-style “Refresh” of their apartment by a trained DVORA specialist. Additionally, renters will be able to access a host of virtual events, redeem perks from neighborhood vendors who have partnered with DVORA and communicate with management.
The property offers on-site, enclosed parking with direct access to the building, Tesla and DC Superchargers and electric vehicle car sharing service, the news release said. DVORA 175 will also include a distinctive monumental exterior clock that will be highly visible from Marin Blvd.
