Five months after debuting its new luxury rental tower in Jersey City, Fisher Development Associates has leased more than 50 percent of the building’s 448 apartments.
The firm this week announced the milestone at the 45-story tower known as Vantage, located at 33 Park View Ave. It has teamed with The Marketing Directors in leasing the units, which begin in the low $2,000s and include studios, one-bedrooms and two-bedrooms.
Located in the Liberty Harbor North neighborhood, Vantage opened for leasing in September. Fisher delivered the building touting high-end amenities and sweeping views of the Statue of Liberty, Liberty Harbor Marina and the Manhattan skyline.
“The demand at Vantage has been steady since we first introduced the property to the public,” Fisher Development Associates Principal Brian Fisher said. “This landmark residential building has quickly made a name for itself with renters from both sides of the Hudson River who want upscale high-rise living in a commuter-friendly location.
“They’ve responded strongly to our spacious and modern homes, full package of world-class amenities and one-of-a-kind waterfront views.”
More than 300 residents had moved into Vantage through mid-January, Fisher said. Homes include floor-to-ceiling glass windows, nine-foot ceiling heights and upscale finishes.
Amenities include a 24-hour concierge, swimming pool and a cyber café, along with a health club, children’s playroom and business center, according to a news release. Some of those features are concentrated in a sixth-floor outdoor amenity deck and 45th-floor sky lounge.
S9 Architecture designed the property, which offers quick access to Jersey City’s Paulus Hook and Van Vorst Park neighborhoods, along with transportation options such as the Grove Street and Exchange Place PATH stations and New York Waterway ferry service.

Fisher Development Associates is pursuing LEED certification from the U.S. Green Building Council for Vantage.
